You didn’t sign up for this, I know.
You didn’t take this job to run presentations on zoom
And you definitely didn’t start your business to record videos for Instagram.
But if you want to do well in your career you have to step out of your comfort zone, do what you didn’t sign-up for and do it well.

Hi, I’m Tal and I can be your personal coach and teacher for anything performance/ public speaking.
I have trained as an actor in Israel (where I’m from) and was a member of a couple of theatre companies before moving to London in 2006.
Here, I created my own work for a few years, working with actors mainly on one-person shows.
I love working with people on their personal stories and ideas and use their strengths to create something unique and wonderful.
In 2014 I started my own business (this one you are looking through now) Theatre Gym.
Like many entrepreneurs, I didn’t quite mean for it to happen.
Someone asked me to teach a class and the whole thing started rolling … :)
Alongside doing what I love - creating and teaching theatre, I had to learn how to work with mailing lists, social media, create websites, and employ teachers and assistants.
This is not what I signed up for when I wanted to teach acting but I knew this was the only way it could ever work.
I know you also do many things you didn’t dream of doing when you started your business/ accepted your current job.
And maybe standing on stage or recording a video (with your face on it!) is something you always ran away from but now you need to do it.
I would love to learn more about what you need in order to make this breakthrough in your career.
You can tell me a bit about where you are so I can suggest a way for you to get what you need in the most efficient way. I might even have a few tips for you to start with already.
I can help you if:
-
You need to create videos for social media
-
You need to stand in front of people
-
You are great at your job but terrible at speaking/ perfroming
-
You decided it’s time you break this mental boundary
-
You are willing to step out of your comfort zone and try new things
I can help you even if:
-
You are scared of being on stage
-
You hate yourself on video
-
You are soooo bad at this!
We can:
-
Find what you want to say
-
Shape it in a form that works
-
Rehearse - make sure you know what you’re doing
-
Record a video together

"When I started my business, I quickly realised that one of the skills I needed to learn was speaking on camera.
Coming out of a 17-year career in the corporate world, I had absolutely no idea where to start, and I was totally horrified at the idea of seeing myself on camera.
Luckily for me, I had Tal to help give me some invaluable pointers about how to speak and act on camera.
These days I am on video at least every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I often get told how comfortable I appear on camera, and I am convinced that this is all down to Tal's guidance right at the start.
I would highly recommend working with Tal to anyone who needs to get comfortable on camera to help them with their job or business."
